Zeke worked on my SUV after it was towed to him. It needed the rear struts replaced and two new tires and an oil change. He was quick/ responsive and cost effective. I had a great experience with Hi Tech Auto Care. Everyone was professional, friendly, and straightforward from the beginning. Zeke was very helpful and friendly. I called the shop a few times to get a quote on some issues my 2006 Scion is having, and my call went unanswered… but he called me back! He was very friendly and helpful, his customer service is exceptional and his business deserves all the best! A very refreshing experience from a mechanic. He not only fixed my exhaust issue, but he fixed my AC and all for under $200! 😭 I could cry I’m so incredibly grateful to have found Zeke and his shop. I was going to give up on my old car because I was so sick of bad experiences with mechanics and Zeke gave me hope! 🙏 thank you SO MUCH Zeke!
